Delivery & Shipping Policy

Within Milwaukee County

A charge of $25 on all orders under $250 With a 15-mile radius.
Free shipping on all orders over $250 excluding speakers and cellphones.
All orders received before 12:00 PM CST will be processed and delivered the same day.
All orders must be signed by the receiver upon delivery.
Xcessories Delivery driver will contact customers to notify them upon arrival of the order.
Must have a representative receive the order upon delivery.
If no one is available within 15 minutes, the receiver has two options: sign the receipt and take responsibility for the order or pick it up in the store.

Outside of Milwaukee

All orders must be over $500.
All orders will be incurred a $25 dollar delivery charge.
Order will be delivered within 2 -3 business days.
All orders must be signed by the receiver upon delivery.
Xcessories delivery driver will contact customers to notify them upon arrival of shipment.
Must have a representative receive the order upon delivery.
If no one is available within 15 minutes, the receiver has two options: sign the receipt and take responsibility for the order or pick it up in the store.

Free shipping on all orders $500 or more excluding speakers and cellphones.
Party speakers are not eligible for shipment.
Shipping costs will be incurred after an order is placed.
A tracking number will be provided upon shipment.
